Australian prices include GST where applicable.

Orders within Australia are generally delivered within 3–5 business days.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination.

We are currently unable to ship to the United States due to tariff and import requirements.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, customs processing, courier delays, weather events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by you.

8. International orders

International customers are responsible for checking whether products can be lawfully imported into their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for orders refused, held or returned by customs authorities.

• discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• only one discount code may be used per order;
• discounts cannot be applied retrospectively;
