It comfortably fits most large phones, which covers the iPhone 16 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and most current large-screen models. Your phone sits safely and securely with easy one-hand access — no digging, no fumbling. The Sling Bag has an additional compartment for your essentials — keys, cards, earbuds, and more. It also has a discreet built-in poop bag dispenser so you're always ready on dog walks.

  • The strap is fully adjustable so you can wear it crossbody or around your waist — whichever is most comfortable for you. The soft elasticated strap moves with your body, and the slim, flat silhouette means zero bounce, even on a run.

  • The strap adjusts with a simple slider buckle — pull the free end to shorten it, feed it back through to lengthen. It takes about five seconds to dial in your fit. The strap runs from 48cm to 75cm fill in, which works for most body sizes whether you're wearing it crossbody or around your waist. The elasticated material also gives a little as you move, so it stays comfortable without needing to readjust mid-walk.

  •  Yes. The built-in dispenser fits a standard roll of poop bags — the kind you'd pick up at any pet store or supermarket. Guardian Personal Alarm

  • 130dB is extremely loud. To put it in perspective, a jet engine at close range is around 140dB, and a rock concert sits at about 110dB. The Guardian's 130dB alarm is designed to be heard from a significant distance — enough to startle, disorient and draw attention quickly in an uncomfortable or emergency situation. It's also the legal alarm volume limit in Australia, so you can carry it with full confidence.

  • Press the SOS button twice quickly to set off the alarm. To deactivate it, press and hold the button until the sound stops. It's designed to be simple to trigger under pressure — no fumbling, no complicated steps. We'd recommend practising it once when you first get it so the action feels natural if you ever need it.

  • The Guardian has a bright constant light plus three flashing safety modes. It's designed to improve your visibility in low light conditions like on evening walks, early morning runs, or anywhere you want to be seen before someone gets too close. Think of it as a visibility tool and a safety alert in one. It works alongside the alarm, not instead of it.

  • The Guardian clips to your bag, jacket, belt, dog lead, keys or anywhere you want it within easy reach. The clip is secure enough to stay in place without bouncing around, but quick enough to grab and activate in a moment. It also comes with a keychain attachment so you can keep it on your keys if that's where you're most likely to reach first.

  • The Guardian charges via USB — the cable is included in the box. A full charge takes approximately 1-2 hours and will last weeks. We'd recommend checking it regularly and charging it rather than waiting for it to run flat. You want to make sure if you need it, it will work to help you get the attention you need. If you use the light on night walks, you will need to charge it more frequently. 

  • The Guardian is weather resistant and designed for everyday outdoor use, including light rain. It's not rated for submersion, so we'd recommend keeping it away from heavy downpours where possible. A light shower or damp conditions won't affect it.

  • Yes, and it fits the same safety philosophy. The Guardian clips directly onto the Nalo Active Sling Bag loops or the Reflective Control Lead, sitting right alongside the Halo Lite if you have both. Halo Lite

  • The Halo Lite has three modes: a wide floodlight to illuminate the path ahead, a focused spotlight for precision visibility, and a red flashing SOS mode for rear visibility or signalling to others.

  • The Halo Lite is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible — here are the exact specs:

    Dimensions: fill in 5cm (length) × 2cm (width) × 1cm (depth)

    Weight: fill in 21g (with clip)

    Clip opening: fits straps and fabric up to 1cm thick

    To give you a sense of scale, it's roughly the size of a large USB drive. Light enough that most people forget it's clipped on within the first few minutes of walking.

  • The Halo Lite charges via USB-C and reaches a full charge in about 2 hours. A red low-battery indicator light lets you know when it's time to plug in, so you're never caught off guard before a walk.

  • Yes, the Halo Lite is rated IPX7 waterproof, meaning it's fully protected against heavy rain. Whether it's a drizzle or a downpour, your light will keep shining.

  • The universal clip design attaches to almost anything — your leash, jacket, backpack, belt, or even your dog's collar. It clips directly onto the loops on the Nalo Active Sling Bag too.

  • In floodlight mode (10 white LED's) run time is 2-9 hours, in spotlight mode (1 white LED) runtime is 3-9 hours and in warning light mode (2 red LED's) runtime is 50+ hours.

  • The alligator clip is strong and sturdy and holds exceptionally well during any movement. You can run, jump and undertake any rigorous activity and the clip will hold. The clip opens up to 2cm and therefore can be used on thin t-shirt or thicker jackets. Our Sling bag has custom built loops it can clip onto. It has no issue clipping onto dog collars and leashes.

  • Yes you can use it on your dog's collar. The light is small and lightweight and strong enough to withstand a walking or running dog. Being waterproof means your dog can run into water with it or use it in the rain.

Reflective Control Lead

  • The second handle, positioned closer to the clip, gives you a short, direct connection to your dog when you need it most. Think road crossings, passing other dogs, busy footpaths, or any moment where you need your dog right beside you in an instant. You don't have to shorten the lead or fumble, you just grip the closer handle and you're in control. The standard handle at the top gives your dog normal walking freedom the rest of the time.

  • The reflective stitching runs along both sides of the lead and catches headlights (other brands only have it on one side), street lamps and bike lights in low-light conditions. It's not high-vis bright during the day, it's a clean, subtle finish, but when light hits it at night, it reflects back clearly to drivers, cyclists and scooters giving them notice that you and your dog are there. Pair it with the Halo Lite clip-on light for complete visibility on both you and your dog.

  • The D loop is a sturdy metal ring on the lead designed for clipping on accessories like a poop bag holder, a small treat pouch,  or anything that can clip onto a d-ring. It keeps everything in one place so you're not juggling things in your other hand on the walk.

  • The lead is double-layered construction, two layers of webbing stitched together, giving it a strong, quality feel that holds up to daily use. The clip is a secure J clip finished in matte black hardware. It's designed for dogs that pull, everyday walking, and the kind of use that most leads can't sustain long-term. It’s a great quality strong lead you can rely on.

  • The lead is 120cm, the recommended length for training and controlled walking. That length gives your dog enough freedom to walk comfortably beside you while keeping you close enough to respond quickly when needed. The double-handle design also makes it excellent for puppy training. The short handle gives you immediate, calm control without needing to pull the full length of the lead.

  • The lead comes in two colours — Black and Green. The green is an aqua green shade, as shown in the product images. Both colours feature the same reflective stitching, matte black hardware, and double-handle design. 

  • Yes, the double-handle design is specifically useful for dogs that pull. When your dog surges forward, you can instantly grip the short handle close to the clip, bringing them back to your side quickly and calmly without a tug-of-war on the full length of the lead. The double-layered construction and strong J clip also mean the lead itself can handle the load. Note: if your dog is a strong or persistent puller, we'd recommend pairing this lead with a front-clip harness for best results.

Please note, we currently do not ship t the USA. We are working through this, so please follow us or subscribe and we can keep you up to date on developments for the US.

  • Delivery Australia wide takes between 3-5 days. Select options for express shipping if you need it earlier.

  • Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with tags attached. If you'd like to exchange for a different color or size, contact our customer service team to arrange it.
