At Nalo Active, we want you to feel confident and cared for with every purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with an exchange, store credit, or refund — because your peace of mind matters to us.
For any return or exchange enquiry, please email info@naloactive.com with your name, order number, and details of your request.
Our team will respond promptly to assist you.
Which items are returnable
- Items purchased within the last 30 days.
- Products that are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and approved.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
How to return an item
- Email info@naloactive.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.
- Post your item within 7 days of approval using a tracked service.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping liability
We require you to use a tracked postal service for all returns.
Nalo Active cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
International orders
For international customers, all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.
