Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Nalo Active Pty Ltd ("Nalo Active", "we", "our" or "us").

2. Promotion Period

The Winter Safety Giveaway ("Promotion") commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Nalo Active are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Participant must be a new subscriber in the promotion period.
• Subscribe to the Nalo Active email newsletter via www.naloactive.com during the Promotion Period.
• Provide a valid email address.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. Multiple email addresses submitted by the same person may be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One Nalo Motion Sling Bag
• Total prize value: AUD $65 (including GST)

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Nalo Active reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on 1 August 2026 at Nalo Active's offices.

The draw will be conducted using a random number generator after all valid entries have been compiled into a single entry list.

The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address used to enter within two (2) business days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Nalo Active reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Redraw

If required, any redraw will be conducted using the same random draw process on or after 9 August 2026.

9. Privacy

By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Nalo Active. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Nalo Active Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nalo Active is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

11. General

Nalo Active reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond Nalo Active's reasonable control, Nalo Active reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable laws.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
